Absolutely! We’re always open to new ideas. If we love your idea and add it to our catalog, we’ll print and ship you a free shirt!

Is there a Rootsgear store near me?

Currently we do not have any brick and mortar locations. We do however attend Nagar Keertans around the US on a yearly basis. Follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to learn about where we’re headed next!

Where are you based?

We are based out of the east coast of the U.S. and all of our shirts are printed, designed, and shipped from the United States.

Why are you not replying to my emails?

Our turn around time on replying emails is around 24-48 hours. If you do not receive a response from us in that time frame, we are not trying to ignore you, we are just really swamped with other inquires.

What payment methods do you accept?

Why are some shirts not available in certain sizes?

Most of our shirts run from Adult Small through Adult 2XL, with the exclusion of some Women’s shirts and Kids apparel.

If you see that some sizes are not listed, they must be out of stock. Shoot us an email and we’ll let you know if we plan on reprinting that specific size or design anytime soon.

My shirt doesn’t fit! What do I do?

If the shirt you ordered does not fit, don’t worry. As long as the shirt hasn't been washed or worn we will gladly accept the return for an exchange. Contact us and we will take care of the rest.

How do I exchange my shirt for another size? / I was sent the wrong shirt / I was sent a defective shirt.

If you received the wrong shirt, want to exchange it for another size, or the shirt we sent you is defective; do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.

How can I make a change to my order?

Send us a contact request right away and we can see what we can do. 

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it just contact us and we will help you.

What name will appear on my credit card bill?

The name on your credit card bill will be Rootsgear

Can I place a bulk order?

We start bulk pricing at 24 pieces. If you are planning on placing an order for 24 items or more just send us a contact request and we will send you over some pricing. 

I forgot to use my coupon!

We are sorry but we cannot apply a coupon to an already existing order, please save it for next time!

I bought this tee last week and now it’s on sale.

Occasionally, we adjust the pricing on our items. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can’t provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you purchased it.



How LONG will my order take to arrive?

Orders generally take around 7-14 business days for arrival, depending upon where you live. Check the chart below for more details.  Please allow an additional 1 to 7 business days for processing.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout.

How do I track my package?

You will receive a conformation email as soon as your order has been shipped and processed. With that conformation email will be a tracking number.


Care Info

What fabrics and ink do you use?

We print all of our designs on the best high-quality blanks. Our shirts and hoodies are the softest, smoothest, best-looking products available anywhere.

Most of our designs are printed on Gildan, Hanes, American Apparel, Next Level and Bella Shirts.

Can I iron my shirts?

Ironing a screen printed t-shirt is not a good idea as the heat will damage the print. But if your mom yells at you for leaving the house with an un-ironed shirt don’t worry all the aunties won’t give you funny looks.

Just turn it inside out and iron with extremely low heat only the portions where there is no print behind it. Do it at your own risk.
